This course, hosted through our partners, Escape Haven, teaches you how to guide more than 15 pranayama and meditation techniques, and how to know which practices are right for your specific students. This deep-dive balances the esoteric history of these practices with the modern scientific explanations, giving you a solid understanding of the WHY for each method, so that you can apply it intelligently for your students. This course counts for 20 hours of continuing education with the Yoga Alliance.
This course, hosted through our partners, Escape Haven, is a deep dive into the philosophy and practice of yin, the slower side of life. Inspired by the teachings of Paul Grilley, this course explores the history and philosophy of yin and traditional Chinese medicine and how they’re interwoven with hatha yoga to form the practice we know of as yin. You’ll learn how to plan, sequence, and teach inspiring yoga classes for your students (or for yourself!). Learn through a combination of lessons and practices, recorded video, and self-practice.
